Kitz Residenz by Alpin Rentals enjoys a quiet location, just 700 metres from the centre of Kaprun and only 70 metres from the the ski bus stop. The apartments come with a fully furnished kitchen and a balcony or terrace with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn.

A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. This is deposited in cash or as an authorization on the credit card. You will usually receive the refund upon departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full after the property has been checked and no damage is found.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
