Most rooms offer panoramic lake and mountain views from their balconies and large windows. From 2020, a new one with two apartments is available for guests.

In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 to 9:30. The bar is open in the evenings, and group dinners can be ordered during the winter season, upon prior reservation

Only a 3-minute walk from the Waldkrieber, a spa centre in a neighbouring hotel can be used by guests at an additional cost.

The Nassfeld Ski Area is 15 minutes away by car. The free ski bus stops a 3-minute walk away from the guesthouse. In winter, when Lake Pressegg is frozen enough, it is also suitable for winter walks and ice-skating. In summer, the lake is one of the warmest in Austria.

Pension & Apartments Waldkrieber is a 5-minute drive away from Hermagor, the next town, and a 25-minute drive from Villach. Italy and Slovenia are only 30 minutes away.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.
