Altstadthotel Kasererbräu - Salzburg

Dating back to 1342, the carefully renovated Altstadthotel Kasererbräu has been family-run for several generations and is located in the heart of Salzburg, directly in the citys historical pedestrian zone, at the foot of the Hohensalzburg Fortress.

The rooms, some of which feature antique furniture, while others are newly renovated with a modern design, are individually furnished and offer guests the highest level of comfort possible. Some categories offer a free-standing bathtub.

Every morning, Altstadthotel Kasererbräu provides guests with a buffet breakfast and an Italian restaurant is located in the same building.

The hotel is only a few minutes walking distance fromfamous historical sights in Salzburg, such as the Salzburger Dom cathedral, the Residence Square with its fountain, Mozarts birthplace or St. Peters Monastery. A variety of traditional Austrian restaurants in the old town are as well located in the immediate surrounding.

Garages and parking lots are available near the hotel. Busses number 3, 5, 6, 8 and 25stop only a short walk away from the hotel, conveniently transporting guests around Salzburg.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note that the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone of the city centre. Access to the hotel by car is possible. If using a GPS navigation system, please use "Kajetanerplatz 1" as final destination.

At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enterthe barrier to be allowed to enter.

Small Budget Double Room. Double room with satellite TV and a bathroom with a shower or a tub. Please note that extra beds are not available in this room type. ;
Standard Double Room. Spacious double room with a satellite TV and a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. ;
Junior Suite. Spacious junior suite with bathroom, WC, flat-screen TV, safe and minibar. The room features a separate sleeping and living area. One junior suite offers also a canopy bed. Up to 2 extra beds are available upon request (see Extra Bed Policies). Notextra rooms are separated by a door. ;
Suite with Fortress View. This suite has a common roof terrace, seating area and sofa. Up to 3 extra beds are available upon request (see Extra Bed Policies). ;
Deluxe Double Room. Spacious double room with one big bed or two separated beds. It has a bathroom, WC, flat-screen TV and safe. ;
Junior Suite with Hot Tub. Spacious junior suite with a spa bath located in the middle of the bed-living room. The room is equipped with a bathroom, WC, flat-screen TV, safe and minibar. The junior suite with spa bath is suitable for 2 persons. ;
DeLuxe Double Room Plus. Offering free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The double room features parquet floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, as well as a sofa. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
Superior Double Room. Providing free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a bath or a shower and a hairdryer. The double room provides a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, parquet floors, heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The unit offers 1 bed.
